• Click on the button to download our schedule:  
• Choose Save Target As and save the file to your computer

  *You can also open our calendar directly in Outlook by choosing Open With Microsoft Outlook

STEP TWO:

Import into Outlook:

• Open Outlook Calendar
• Go to File and select "Import and Export"
• Select "Import an iCalendar (.ics) or vCalendar file (.vcs)"
• Click "Next"
• Browse for and choose the file downloaded in step one
• Click "OK"
• Choose "Open as New" for putting these events onto their own calendar
• Choose "Import" to be import into your existing calendar

STEP TWO:

Import into Google Calendar:

• Login to your Google Calendar
• Under "Other Calendars" in the left navigation column click on the "Add" link at the bottom right corner
• Choose "Import Calendar" from the menu
• Through the "browse" tool, select the .ics file that you saved to your desktop
• Choose the calendar you would like the new events to go on
• Click "Import"

STEP TWO:

Import into iCal Calendar:

• Open your iCal application
• Go to File and choose "Import"
• Select "Import an iCal file"
• Click on "Import"
• Choose the file downloaded from step one
• Click "Import"
• On the adding new events prompt, choose the calendar you want to import to
• Click "OK"
