Congratulations to our 99G Red team for their amazing run during the Mustang Stampede tournament, all the way to the quarter finals. It was a great opportunity to see how our girls match up with some of Northern California’s top teams.

Going into this past weekend’s tournament, our expectation was to compete and display the beautiful soccer that the girls are beginning to play. Throughout the tournament, our girls played their hearts out, running, passing, dribbling, communicating and showing a winning attitude. Our team showed their understanding of the game and opened many eyes at the tournament - they ended up finishing second in their bracket.

Our girls played each game with heart, passion and most importantly, as a team. I am very proud of the hard work each of the girls are giving. Their consistent practice attendance and willingness to learn is showing more and more on the field.

I also want to thank our parents for the energy and enthusiasm they showed throughout the weekend. Believe me, it really helps the girls know that they are supported! Also, thank you coach John for making sure the girls are ready for warm up, setting things up before games, and working with me during games.
